With 15 years of experience in the property industry, I've built my career across high street letting agency, shared ownership sales, institutionally managed PRS, serviced apartments and Build to Rent. I've overseen residential portfolios of up to 5,000 homes, developed leasing strategies, led marketing and lease-up campaigns for new developments, and developed and implemented retention strategies. My experience spans both the operational and strategic sides of property, from attracting and securing tenants to delivering strong customer experiences, protecting long-term occupancy and optimising rental value.

I'm a landlord myself, so I understand first-hand how important it is to have someone you trust looking after your investment. I've also experienced the frustrations that can come with traditional agency services: chasing updates, struggling to get straight answers and wondering whether someone is genuinely taking ownership. I believe landlords should expect more.

Based locally in West Essex, I work with landlords across Epping (CM16), Loughton (IG10), Buckhurst Hill (IG9), Chigwell (IG7), Woodford (IG8 / E18), Abridge (RM4), Waltham Abbey (EN9) and Harlow (CM17, CM18, CM19, CM20), while also supporting clients more widely across London and Essex.

From valuation through to marketing, viewings, tenant selection, referencing and moving your tenant into their new home, you'll deal directly with me. If you choose ongoing management, that personal relationship continues throughout the tenancy.
