Firstly, thank you for taking the time to read about me. When I am asked, “What do you do?, I used to stumble a little, not because I was embarrassed about what I do, but sometimes it is hard to put what I do into just a sentence. My passion is Property and Education, being a School Governor and Trustee/Patron of several charities helps me balance my professional and vocational skills to the maximum benefit of all concerned. One customer once said ‘You know a lot about property, you should write a book!’. That is done, and now I have been seduced back into the world of property management, much to the delight of previous clients, friends and family. I have been a landlord for over thirty years, and managed portfolios of properties for close to that, so you can be assured you are in good hands. I was told once, that I have written over 3,000 tenancies in my long career. Another claim I am happy to share is that I have never lost a tenancy deposit dispute, even when it has gone to dispute resolution. I always take a personal approach with clients and no question is silly. It’s just an answer you don’t have yet.
