I’ve worked in lettings and property management for over 15 years and during that time I’ve learned that success in this business comes down to one thing, people. Whether it’s helping someone find their next home or supporting a landlord to get the best from their property, I’ve always believed in keeping things simple, transparent, and stress-free. 

I started my career in lettings and estate agents back in 2007 with C J Hole, later moving into management roles with Andrews Letting & Management, where I became Branch Manager and led a brilliant team to great results. More recently I was Head of Property Management & Operations, overseeing hundreds of homes across the UK and working closely with both landlords and tenants to make sure everything ran smoothly. 

I’m qualified with the NFOPP Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management and have completed management and leadership programmes that gave me the skills to support both clients and teams. But more than the qualifications, it’s my genuine passion for property and people that drives me.  My focus is on giving clients a reliable, personal service they can trust, and making sure tenants feel well looked after in their homes. 

Personally, I am a mum with two children, Emilia 8 and Oliver who is 5 years old. I am also a mum to a lovely labradoodle Ted.
