Chris Gurney

Cambridge Letting Expert

I truly have a passion not just for homes but also for those associated with them.

I was fortunate to begin my property career almost simultaneously as both Estate Agent and being a Landlord in Cambridge. In over a quarter of a century I have assisted the life changing events of countless people; building my knowledge and professional qualifications particularly in ARLA, NAEA as legislation has evolved, and securing both happiness in safe, well-maintained homes and developing strong investments for Landlord clients.

In my career to date I have worked with property Sales then progressed to Lettings and developed that division of the business from inception as an equity Director to the sale of the business. I share the excitement of each party when a move happens but also feel a true sense of duty so never feel awkward in calling to ask a question or for advice and I will always be keen to assist!

Outside of work I’m married, have a family and a dog (by far the most challenging tenant I have ever had the privilege of working with!). I manage an active lifestyle with lots of distance running and cycling then love skiing when the opportunity arises!

Ultimately my position in The Letting Experts gives an opportunity to deliver to you the service I would expect from an agent; Active, Professional and Trustworthy with some of my most valuable assets.

Just give me a call; 07765 545676 to see how I can help.
