I have been in property for six years and I can honestly say the service I was given by Claire was five star, going above and beyond to make sure all boxes were ticked prior to marketing. Making sure everything was in order with certificates and making sure we were both crystal clear on the tenant I was looking for. As well as assisting with some last minute maintenance. Claire is definitely an example of a new wave of letting agent coming into the market offering a outstanding service for landlords.
